Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?: Yes. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What currency are prices shown in?: Prices are shown in your selected currency. Use the currency selector in the header to switch between EUR, USD, and GBP. EUR pricing is always available; USD and GBP are fetched with live exchange rates and may be temporarily unavailable.
What's included in the annual plan?: Annual plans are billed once per year and save you roughly two months compared to paying monthly. The usage limits are identical to the monthly option. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan's usage limits?: If your usage consistently exceeds your plan's limits, we'll reach out to discuss your options. Our services degrade gracefully in the meantime - your CI might get slower, but it won't stop altogether. If TestQuorum is essential to your workflow, enable Extra Usage to ensure you're never cut off.
